ABOUT US
Founded in 2015, GMORAN Construction, LLC started business in a small house in Houston, TX. With the experience as a Field Engineer at Baker Concrete Construction and experience gained from large scale companies. Gustavo Moran saw the opportunity to start a concrete construction company in a market filled with opportunities.
As a startup, Gustavo Moran assumed multiple responsibilities as President of the company. Responsibilities included field engineering and layout, field coordination, and bidding for multiple General Contractors.
The experience gained through the years from top Superintendents and Field Engineers at Baker Concrete Construction has made GMORAN Construction, LLC a successful company in a short period of time in the Houston market. 
OUR HISTORY
Over the years, GMORAN Construction, LLC has been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent clients on some wonderful projects. However, our purpose is to continue building working relationships with new and future clients.

Piers/Footings/Grade Beams
With many years of experience in multiple construction methods. GMORAN Construction, LLC has performed foundations using pier systems, spread footings, void boxes, and various grade beam systems. GMORAN Construction, LLC understands the impact a successful foundation will have on the critical path of the project.

Tilt-Up Walls
With precise layout and coordination. GMORAN Construction, LLC understands the schedule importance and the cost impact tilt-up walls have on the project. GMORAN Construciton, LLC coordinates with the General Contractors and the other subcontractors involved to safely perform this task.

Paving/Flatwork
With projects ranging in size from 10,000-300,000 square feet. GMORAN Construction, LLC utilizes the best construction practices to perform productive and fast-paced pours. GMORAN Construction, LLC understands the importance of having a staging area for its customers as this accelerates their project schedule.

Retaining Walls
GMORAN Construction, LLC uses multiple methods and techniques to ensure the retaining wall will be performed in the shortest period of time. From oil change facilities, detention facilities, and underground facilities. GMORAN Construciton, LLC has the experience to perform any type of retaining wall system.

Slabs on Metal Decks
Pouring concrete on metal decks is a difficult challenge due to coordination and performance. With the experience acquired through the years. GMORAN Construction, LLC has poured multiple metal decks achieving the correct elevation and required flatness/levelness.

Decorative concrete is becoming more popular on every project. GMORAN Construction, LLC has experience with stamped concrete, integral colored concrete, polished and exposed concrete. GMORAN Construciton, LLC works and has close relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to provide and achieve the best aesthetic results.
